E6 Shinkansen “Komachi” Bullet Train

     Series E6 Shinkansen “Komachi” Bullet Train started service in 2013, it was nicknamed “Super Komachi” previously. It was later renamed to the unified name of “Komachi” when the timetable was revised in 2014 and now all of the trains “Super Komachi” and “Komachi” are operated by series E6 Shinkansen.
     To cope with the increase of foreign passengers with large pieces of baggage, a conversion was made for their storing rooms by removing part of windows in car Nos. 13, 15 and 17.
