GUARANTEED DELIVERY

The Johnstown America BethGon was developed in the late 1970s for transporting coal. The double tub floor design lowered the center of gravity and increased capacity by 21 tons per car. By 1982 enough cars had been built that, if they were coupled together in one train, they would stretch from Pittsburgh to Chicago. The aluminum version that is now being delivered effectively lowers the tare weight to 43,000 pounds. With a payload capacity of 244,000 pounds, it is able to carry almost five times its own weight.
This release includes seven schemes, each is available as a single number and two different 5-Packs.
