Every year, we have customers, friends and family of customers who are concerned about getting their gifts on time. With this in mind, we wanted to remind everyone of the simple fact that waiting too long will cause your orders to be late.

For International Orders, we can not guarantee arrival by Christmas at this point. Packages may arrive, but customs agents in each country work at different speeds. Shipping deadlines below are for In Stock & New Arrivals ONLY. For Canadian and lower 48 United States, deadlines for orders are below and must be received by 12 PM Pacific time on the following dates:

Canada & Lower 48 United States

STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 business days):

Order by noon on Thursday, December 7, 2017

Order by noon on Monday, December 18, 2017*

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped with other than Standard Shipping will incur additional costs, particularly in the case of Emergency Shipping which will incur exorbitant costs from the shipping companies.

* Items in the warehouses that require cross border transfer and clearance through customs require additional preparation and transit time and therefore may not arrive by Christmas. Shipment time in Canada varies dramatically from location to location. Items in stock at the United States warehouse and shipping to the United States may ship after this date and still arrive prior to Christmas, but this is not certain and is not guaranteed.
