Dear HO Customers:

Today River Point Station is pleased to announce the first run of service and utility trucks based on the Ford Super Duty trucks. This run covers short cab, DRW service trucks. The models will be available in 2-highway versions—with and without bucket assemblies—as well as a hi-rail version with bucket assembly. The complete list is below.

 
NOTE: Due to the fragile parts, the bucket unit will be included as an assembly kit, which must be installed by the customer. This provides that added flexibility of posing the bucket prior to cementing the parts into position. The bucket assembly may be posed stowed (as in the images on the order form) or in an elevated position.
 
In late Autumn or early Winter, River Point Models is expect to make the second release of service trucks using the crew cabs and chasses. These will also be DRW models using the wide service box body. They will be available in attack fire truck and mini-pumper versions, along with several other variants.

A third version, based on the extended cabs will be manufactured for Spring 2018 delivery. These will feature narrow box, SRW service bodies. They will be available in a variety of commercial and railroad graphics. Because of the SRW design, that run will not include any bucket truck variants.
 
Coinciding with the 2nd and 3rd service truck runs, we will interlace reruns of the crew cab and extended cab pickup trucks. Additionally, early next year we expect to have preproduction samples of some new, and exciting vehicles.
