Bowser Builds Hobby Time Exclusive U-25B Locomotive with DCC & Sound

 

This is a newly re-tooled Bowser U-25B New Haven # 2525. This was the last locomotive built for the New Haven by GE/Alco in 1965. It ran freight service throughot New England before changing hands to Penn Central and finished it's service in Conrail colors until 1980. this locomotive was rescued from the scrapyard by the railroad museum of New England where it is on display in Thomaston Connecticut. The project gratefully acknowledges rhe members of the New Haven Historical & Technical Association for imput into the accurate re-tooling od this U25B.
