Dear N Scale Customers:
Last month we received our shipment of 33 ft Twin Bay Canadian Pacific Railway Hoppers, but discovered they forgot to include the weathering. They have just been sent back to us and we are in the process of shipping out re-weathered cars to everyone.
Micro Trains sent us an image of the before and after. So have a look. The weathering really makes a big difference.
For those of you who aren't sure the weathered example is the car on the left.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) depending on your point of view; a number of customers requested to keep their non-weathered sets and wanted a weathered one as well. So the remaining number of sets is very small.
There are a few sets left if you want one.
As you can tell we have been slowly producing a series of Canadian cars that you would typically see in the 1950 - 1980 time frame. All of them weathered, dirty, sun bleached, rusty.
They really look cool all together.

As many of you are aware we have produced faded, filthy, weathered 1950 - 70 Canadian Pacific 40ft Boxcars, 40ft Stock cars, Gonds, and 40ft Wooden Boxcars. We are trying to make available CPR cars from the 1950-70 era. I keeping with that theme we have decided to make our next set Canadian Pacific Script 33ft Twin Bay Hoppers.
There are only the usual fifty (50) four-packs that have been run for us; all four cars are based on real life prototypes. They will not be done again.
Make sure you order yours before they are all gone!
