Athearn has announced new RTR 60 Ft ICC Hi-Cube Box Cars

High cube box cars are designed to carry items of larger size and or height that generally are difficult or impractical for standard box cars to carry. The generally feature smooth floors with tie down anchor points, cushioned ride and larger doors of 10-12 feet. These types of cars often are used for paper service as well as for the transport of lumbar or plywood.
