Dear HO Customers: Intermountain has just received their announced 4650 cu ft Grain Hoppers. They are all sold out.
They have just announced another run of the same paint schemes to be released by the end of 2019 with different road numbers. As per their memo:
The current production run of the 4650's is GONE! Every one of ten releases is oversold and Advance Reservations are being taken for an expedited second run of these items with new car numbers before the end of the year. Eleven additional road names have been added, three of which have never been produced by InterMountain before. That makes TWENTY paint schemes currently on Advance Reservation. Each paint scheme will feature six new car numbers. The reservation period ends on June 1st, so get yours in quickly. We want to place the order for this production run as soon as possible

So as you can see from the comments above if you see cars on this release you want order right away if you want to insure you get them
So below you will see a list of the new cars they just sent us. Intermountain has not given us the road numbers yet, but as they do give us the road numbers tomorrow we will add them to our site.
Originally designed by ACF in the 1960's, these cars were produced in the 1960's and 1970's. They have been used to haul grain, kaolin clay, salt, sugar and other commodities. Used by many railroads, private operators and leasing companies, they have appeared in a large array of paint schemes. Today, many remain in service with a wide variety of operators.
This release includes several undecorated versions along with multiple road numbers in eight schemes.
