Just for N Scale, Two New Houses!

Typical styles, one a bungalow, with a basement and a half story and attic above and a separate garage; and one a two-story house with an attic and a basement.  

This is just how the houses were built for years both before and after World War II, up until the late sixties and seventies when tract houses came into being, row after row of one-story houses with little to distinguish them one from another and lots that had no trees or flowers until the owners could get around to buying and planting them.  And now, of course, there are the slab-based houses, with even smaller lots on each side and hardly more before or behind. 

If you want old-style houses when the neighborhoods were full of substantial houses with character and individuality, you'll want some of these.  Remember, you can always alter the footprint or the decor, etc., to make them more your own.
