Two-Unit Self-Storage Facility - Kit

Everybody needs more space these days, and these self-storage units make a great addition to modern layouts. Parts for two complete units are provided, which can be arranged to fit small or odd-shaped spaces just like the prototypes. Each includes doors on both sides of the building, gutters, down spouts, a rooftop ridge vent, and curbs around the door entries. Roll-up doors come with and without padlock details (to model a few units that are available for rent) plus lift handles and frames. The entry door has a small handle, and both the door and window also have frames. For more detail, there's a large sign complete with post and base. Decals are included for window blinds and typical small window signs, along with the large Lock-It-Up lettering for both sides of the street sign

Cheer up the Town

Modeled after modern water towers found all over the country, this kit is the perfect size for most layouts. Realistic details include an entry door, and mounting nuts around the base flange. A special decal set includes additional door details, a window and a No Trespassing sign. Designed for easy assembly, the ABS plastic parts are pre-colored and complete instructions are included.

Molded in bright yellow, this kit includes a special Smiley Face decal. Similar Smiley Face towers are seen across America.

Run-Through Locomotive Shed with Lights and Welding Effects

Modernize your car or loco shops with this complete kit, based on a Rock Island prototype in Oklahoma City. Featuring realistic details and parts molded in two colors, the kit is complete with LED interior lighting and a custom-built circuit that randomly flashes LEDs to simulate welding.
 
Easily wired, both lighting units feature bridge rectifiers so you don't have to worry about positive or negative leads. Simply connect to a power supply (sold separately); the welding circuit works best on 12 Volts AC or DC, and a resistor is included if you wish to use higher voltage. The interior lighting can be run from 7-19 Volts AC or DC.
 
The interior lights are mounted in special light bars for easy installation that looks more realistic. A special clear circuit protector holds the welding unit in place on the sidewall, to provide plenty of room on the shop floor. All lights can easily be seen through the kit's eight skylights and six windows, and both end doors can be opened and closed for more visibility or to move models in and out of the structure, which easily fits over most sections of straight track.
