Important Update!

Since the LokSound 5 Sound & DCC versions were shipped some weeks ago, a small number of customers have reported their model became unresponsive after attempting to reprogram the engine address. While the problem does not appear to be widespread, models in the #920-41500 to #920-41516 series may have defective decoders.  If you have have experienced this issue with any of the SW locomotives from this series, please contact Walthers Customer Service at 1-866-833-1468. A representative will provide instructions on how to return their engines for prompt repairs, free of charge.
