Chill out with a fleet of WalthersMainline 50' Exterior-Post Mechanical Refrigerator Cars serving customers along your HO railroad! Based on cars built by the Burlington's Havelock Shops, similar refrigerated cars were in service on many railroads from the 1960s to the early 2000s. A must-have car for serving cold storage facilities and grocery wholesalers, the prototype reefers handled all kinds of temperature sensitive food products.
