Micro-Trains has announced a new prototype release of their Iowa Interstate 40th Anniversary Box Car. Check it out!

In June 2024, Micro-Trains released the Iowa Interstate Anniversary Car. The car was inspired by the IAIS locomotive paint scheme and designed to commemorate their 40^th anniversary.After seeing the model, the Iowa Interstate Railroad was so impressed that they requested to use the artwork on a real 40' boxcar, which was proudly displayed at the Iowa State Fair earlier this month. 

Micro-Trains is excited to announce, with the blessing of Iowa Interstate Railroad and the Central States Steam Preservation Association, their new N-scale prototypical version of the IAIS Anniversary 40’ boxcar!
