The new modern Summit Liquor Store building kit in HO scale is a must for the modeler of today's trains.

This kit includes all building parts and signs.

The parking lot base is not included, as the modeler will make it to fit his layout space.

The kit is laser cut in white and clear acrylic and self-adhesive micro-plywood, molded styrene parts and comes with detailed assembly instructions with pictures.

All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.

Some model building and painting skills are required.

It also comes as a backdrop model, just the storefront.

Mall Extension - Spec’s Liquor Store Backdrop

The new modern Spec’s liquor store backdrop building kit in HO scale is a typical building that can be found in most towns and cities. A must for the modeler of today's trains.

To save layout space, this kit is just a storefront intended for use against the backdrop.

This kit is made as replacement kit in the strip mall series for Pier One Imports which went out of business some years ago.

This kit includes all building parts and signs milled in white styrene plastic, laser cut white acrylic and self-adhesive micro-plywood, clear window glazing and detailed assembly instructions with pictures. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The models need painting.
