The SW1 was one of EMDs earliest offerings. Being built between 1939 and 1953, these locomotives enjoyed a very long service life with many still in service with shortlines and industrial operators today. One even lasted on Norfolk Southern until 2008! The SW1 was the only locomotive to employ a 6-cylinder 567A prime mover.

Bowser Mfg model will include:

• LED Headlights
• Ground Lights
• Cab Lights
• Marker Lights (where applicable)

Bowser Mfg will use a E24 plug for a 58925 ESU Nano decoder.
