System Note for Extra Net Customers
Dear Extra Net Customers: This morning it was brought to our attention by a customer, that there was some confusion between what "Items in Goodie Box" was vs "Items in Stock Shipping Soon".
When items arrive in our warehouse we have to receive them. This takes time. Receiving is irregular. Some weeks or days can be heavy while others can be light. Once the items have been received they will appear on our system as "Items in Stock Shipping Soon".
So what is the difference between "Items in Stock Shipping Soon" and "Items in Goodie Box"? "Items in Goodie Box" means they have been transformed into an "Invoice" and "Charged to your Credit Card".
We built a button so customers could request the paid for items in their Goodie Box be shipped. If any customer notices items in the "Items in Stock Shipping Soon" catagory and would like these items shipped, all he or she has to do is e mail or call us and we will be happy to send them out.
We will ask our IT people to create a button on the "Items in Stock Shipping Soon" tab as soon as possible to replicate this function. But until we do, just a simple e mail or call will do the trick. Please do not send us an e mail the first day any group of items becomes available. We need time to accurately receive and inspect the product.
