PRODUCT ADVISORY

This is a special product advisory regarding the three versions of the ExactRail HO Scale 72' Plate Girder Bridge Undecorated Kit recently released. The first shipments of these items have been received by modelers and a problem with this kit has become apparent.

These kits were knowingly shipped out by ExactRail without instructions for  assembly. This information was not communicated to Pacific Western Rail Systems. We only became aware of this when a customer contacted us regarding it.

We have contacted ExactRail regarding this issue and have received the following reply:

“Thank you for contacting ExactRail. We appreciate hearing from you. We are currently in the process of creating and providing the instructions for our Undecorated 72' Plate Girder bridges. As soon as they are available, we will let you know as well as publish them on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience”

Obviously, we understand customers will be surprised and disappointed in this omission by ExactRail. We have contacted all customers who have placed orders for these kits by phone and/or e-mail to advise them of the situation.

We have updated our listings of these items to advise customers of this issue, and will add a link to the instructions when they are made available.
