Do you have an HO or N Scale model train addiction? Do you need some extra cash to support that addiction? Or do you just love model trains and love to talk about them? Are you in the Surrey area? Well, have we got a job for you!

We have a part time non-sales customer service/office assistant position open in our Surrey retail and warehouse location for 6-7 hours on Saturdays. The person selected for this position will aide our warehouse and office staff with their Saturday operations. Responsibilities of the job include: computer record data entry, in-store customer assistance, answering telephones and assisting in such other ways as may be needed by the office or warehouse staff.

Minimum qualifications for this job include:

• 5 or more years of experience as an HO or N Scale modeler
• 2 or more years of experience with Windows based computers and software such as: word processors, web browsers, e-mail programs and database programs.
• Ability to knowledgably and politely assist customers with questions or concerns either in person or over the telephone. Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
