Our customers have come to appreciate the availability of ExactRail products through Pacific Western Rail Systems. And we have been happy to provide these product to our customers and enable ExactRail distribute their products to a wide market. This has been a mutually beneficial relationship for both companies.

As many may be aware, there have been some changes at ExactRail over the past year.

ExactRail has informed Pacific Western Rail Systems of the termination of their dealer network effective May 1, 2012. As a result, we will not be able to carry future releases of ExactRail products announced after May 1, 2012. All reservations and orders for publicly announced products by ExactRail placed before this date will be honored by ExactRail and Pacific Western Rail Systems. Any existing reservation or orders for future products not publicly announced by ExactRail will be cancelled and will be notified.

ExactRail products will be available only from ExactRail and will not be available in any store going forward. We are disappointed with this decision by ExactRail, but wish ExactRail the best of luck going forward.
