Kato are announcing both new and old in this months releases. The new announcements include:

     N Superliner II Transition Sleeper Car, individual release,

o   Long requested by modelers, this car is a standard sight on all of Amtrak’s Superliner Trains, and will be the first time that Kato has manufactured Amtrak’s latest Superliner II car in either N or HO scale.

• N F7 Freight Train Sets – UP, ATSF and NEW Santa Fe “Bluebonnet” Locomotive:

o   Their F7 freight train sets have been out of stock for a while now, but will be returning with a new addition, a new version which will have a “Blue Bonnet” Santa Fe F7 and a different Caboose paint scheme than the other Santa Fe set. This will be the first time in many, many years that Kato has made a “Bluebonnet” F unit locomotive!

• Kobo Custom Shop Custom painted N scale “Johnstown America Aluminum Autorack Demonstrator” – this is being made in limited quantities (only 200 kits are being produced) and will be part of Kato’s custom paint lineup.  These cars will come as “kits” with the trucks needing to be attached and will not come with a Kato Jewel case, but will otherwise be complete and ready to go when they arrive in the US.
