At the 2007 NMRA show, True Line Trains announced the first in the Platinum series of TLT locomotives. These prototypically accurate Canadian steam locomotives promise to be hands down the most prototypical Canadian units ever produced.

There are only 1000 units being produced (100 units of each road number). Each unit will come in a collectors wooden box, with etched brass plate including the run number (i.e. number _____ of 1000 produced) with a matching plate on the locomotive. A certificate of authenticity and a historical booklet will be included in each box. All metal couplers and MSS* add to the realism of this historical HO scale steam locomotive. All units will feature an installed DCC decoder board and sound module.
