This 33' twin bay hopper with rib sides is painted Maintenance of Way Safety Yellow with black lettering and runs on black Bettendorf trucks. During the mid 1950's PRR changed from their standard MOW battleship grey to 'MOW Safety Yellow' for the protection of the MOW crews.
