These 61' bulkhead flat car are painted brown with white lettering. They were built in 1979 by Thrall Car manufacturing and run on roller bearing trucks. The St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company (SSW), known by its nickname "The Cotton Belt Route" or simply "Cotton Belt," was organized on January 15, 1891. The SSW and its subsidiaries operated a total of 1,223 miles of track.
