This passenger baggage car was part of the UP Heritage passenger equipment designated to run on the Green Locomotive Technology Tour. In February 2007 this environmental rail tour ran its way through California with planned stops. At each stop a representative of UP and General Electric briefed government officials and students on the green environmental efforts of both companies with regards to the rail industry.
