This kit is the N Scale version of our HO scale kit # 1015, the company houses of the Canada Western Lumber Company located at Maillardville British Columbia  and in use from the early 1900'c until the 1960's, and in fact some still exist having been moved and used as summer cottages. Each kit is laser cut with colour coded stripwood by Mt. Albert Lumber, and has cast windows, doors, concrete foundation,  shingled roof sections and chimney. They can be constructed in several different configurations if desired. Each house has a footprint of 2.5" x 1.75".
