This kit is  a single kit version of our  3 house kit # 6015. It has laser cut walls a cast shingled roof cast foundation and nearly flash free window, door and chimney castings. It can be built in several different configurations. This easy to build kit with its easy to follow instructions is an ideal introduction to wood kit modelling. The footprint is 2.5" x 1.75"
