Built by General American in October 1928 and repainted in East Chicago in December 1930 for Jacob E. Decker & Sons of Mason City, Iowa. This car has the billboard “DECKER” lettering on the roof. Billboard car side advertising was used extensively by meat packers, breweries and producers of food products from the 1920s through 1938
