This 40’ hy-cube box car was part of a 100 car series built by Pullman Standard in October 1951 and numbered into PS series 33850-33949. In December 1965, the Pine Bluff Shops rebuilt 14 cars from this series. They were modified extensively for appliance service. These cars received Hydra-Cushion systems and DF-2 loaders.
