Now modelers can enjoy modeling Amtrak trains from the early 90’s such as the Missouri River Runner, which operates between St. Louis and Kansas City, or the Hiawatha that operates between Chicago and Milwaukee!


This new production of N EMD F40PH Phase III units fits these Amtrak locomotives with ditch lights and cab air conditioners – additions that came late in the F40PH’s service lifetime with Amtrak. This allows modelers to recapture their memories of Amtrak’s recent history while enjoying its iconic Phase III appearance along with matching Amfleet II cars, available in Phase III paint for the first time!
