Volume 1 kicks off coverage of this mega-railroad system.  Coverage includes motive power from CB&Q, GN, NP, SP&S, and SLSF, plus newly purchased units by BN.  Starting with locomotive #1, Volume 1 takes us to #2999, covering switchers, first-generation roadswitcher built by Alco, Baldwin, and EMD.  Second-generation coverage includes GP35’s, GP38’s and more.  Coverage concludes with BN-only rebuild models such as GP28M, GP28P, and others.
