This model of KFC is the design of early 2010's. The kit includes all building parts and window frames milled in white styrene, clear acrylic window glazing, street sign, self adhesive logo signs, decorative trim and posters, and full step-by-step assembly instructions with pictures. The model needs to be painted.

The parking lot base is not included because each modeler will want to shape it to fit his layout.

Some model building and painting skills are required.
