This 39’ single dome tank car are black with white lettering and run on Bettendorf trucks. Built in 1911 by Pressed Steel Company as part of series 38010-38039. This cars was used for company fuel delivery service as wood and coal powered locomotives gave way to oil fired steam plants. Many of these cars were re-assigned to MOW status in the early 1950s.
