The kit includes all building parts and window frames milled in black and white styrene, laser cut in white acrylic and clear acrylic window glazing, street sign, self adhesive logo signs, and full step-by-step assembly instructions with pictures.

The model needs to be painted.

The parking lot base is not included because each modeler will want to shape it to fit his layout.
