This was a common building found at most engine terminals but is rarely modelled. This model will be about 9.5" x 5.5"  and will include an accurate loading platform on one side and one end. Although this is a specific railroad prototype, it can double as a warehouse or auxilliary industrial building etc. The concrete base will be cast and specially cast windows and doors will make building this kit easy and fun. Walls are laser cut Mt Albert Scale Models wood and the scale stripwood is colour coded for easy identification.
