The prototype for this kit was a tower located in downtown Vancouver BC to protect against traffic going to or from the docks adjacent to the main line. Up to the early 1950s this track had 12 passenger trains passing and as many freight ones. The plans were standard CPR plans drawn in November 1915.  This building was held up by bent rails and no model of this type of building has ever been available in kit form. This kit includes cast windows made for this kit, laser cut walls, printed mullions, cast rails, self adhesive roofing, simulated concrete base, Mt Albert scale lumber, and a coal box.
