By Popular Demand! Kato USA will be doing a new run of N scale SD70MAC engines in both  BNSF “Swoosh” paint and the highly requested  Alaska Railroad paint! Last produced in 2003, the Alaska Railroad engines will have newly refreshed paint artwork to better match modern releases.

The SD70MAC will come in two different body variations – Cab Headlight (BNSF) and Nose Headlight (ARR), to match the prototype. The BNSF models will use a combination of late carbody and early type trucks. All engines will be DCC ready and be sold with optional DCC pre-installed by Kato USA!
