One of the most recognizable names in high-speed rail, the Alstom-built French TGV (”Train à Grande Vitesse”) has long been at the forefront of top-speed rail transit. The “Réseau” (or “Network”) trains, while not one of the fastest TGVs ever built, are still capable of offering smooth and rapid transport all across France at speeds of up to 199 miles-per-hour.

The N Scale TGV “Réseau” model is new from Kato for 2018 - featuring the distinctive broad blue striped appearance of these trains’ post-2004 rennovations. These 10 Car sets can be prototypically coupled with other Kato TGV trains such as the Duplex, thanks to the opening nose coupler:
