The Fox vally annual Christmas Car uses the open hopper car decorated in green blue white for the Toy Express, will ship shortly.

 

This is a steel car that was built in the mid to late 1970's  and used by BN and many private owner/ utilities. Many are still around today in MOW , Scrap Metal and other services. The fleet cars will be available in 6 packs with body mounted static couplers, and where appropriate - single specialty cars like double rotaries. Other cars will be available as singles with operating Micro-Trains couplers. The cars feature finely molded one piece bodies and optional interior bracing. They will be decorated in sharp, accurate schemes and come equipped with free rolling metal wheelsets. The first group is expected to ship in Feb.

This car will also be used for our annual (Ok- mostly annual) Christmas car. This year we are happy to offer a unique car for the 2018 Christmas Season. Also, since life got in the way last year and we didn’t have one, we are also offering a 2017 version that pairs nicely with the 2018 car. I grew up watching what are now - classic Christmas movies. Who can forget these guys? Heat Miser is on the 2018 car advertising his Snow Removal service. Based on real life railroading, when you had too much snow in the Northern parts, and no where to go with it - you loaded it in open cars and billed the car to a Southern destination. So Heat Miser says “Heap it in, Haul it South”. 

2017 was The Year Without a Christmas Car.....So to fill in the gap, we decided to have even more fun and bring in Snow Miser and his Snowman Kit - “Just Wait for Snow and You’re Ready to Go”. Both cars use the new N Scale PS Coal Gon and have Metal Wheelsets and Micro Trains couplers. These cars are in production now and expected to ship Dec 3rd. Limited run, so reserve yours today.
