We proudly present our new Modern Strip Mall Building kit in HO scale.A must for the modeler of today's trains.  Our other strip malls are all backdrop buildings, but we had many requests for a full building.  (Note the pictures that show the different ways it can be set out.)

This kit includes all building parts, signs and logos.  The store fronts are (left to right:  CareNOW/Urgent Care; Yogurt Mountain (yogurt chain); Firehouse Subs; T-Moblie; and Qdoba (Mexican Grill). The kit is milled in black styrene plastic and laser cut in white and clear acrylic; and come with detailed assembly instructions with pictures.
All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting.

Some model building and painting skills are required.
