All new Color drawing and photo version of the Rail Canada v3 paint diagram book

During June 2018, LPD Publishing began working on producing new color drawings for Rail Canada vol. 3.  

While a large group of archived tiff files were located of the CPR motive power used in the original book, they were mostly black and white.  

As a result, while the pages and text will be laid out in a similar fashion to the original book, many new photos will be included. It is possible that some additional drawings intended for use in a book with the late Pat Dorin, may be included.

This new 180 page book will be printed on high quality 80# Sappi Flo Dull Digital paper with limited edition Hard covers and Wire bound soft covers.

During June 2018, LPD Publishing began producing all new color drawings for Rail Canada vol. 3. The result was 122 computer generated color paint diagram drawings starting in 1936 through 1988.

While a large group of archived tiff files were located of the CPR motive power used in the original book, they were mostly black and white.

As a result, many new color photos have been included. The new book is arranged in sections starting with the Dual service A & B Units, Road Freaght units, Road Switcher Units, and Yard Switcher Units and a short photo section on Geep 7/9 and RS-18 rebuilds.
