Tehachapi Remembered Through the Lens of Harvey S. Laner

Harvey Laner recorded exciting railroad  action through California's Tehachapi Mountains.  This
program brings  together his best work, capturing dramatic sights and sounds of the  pre-merger
period from 1988 to 1996.  It was a time when SP scarlet and  gray and Santa Fe war bonnets still 
dominated the Mountain.   Harvey  narrates the program and describes his transition from 8mm 
film movies  to a progression of video cameras used to capture audio and visual  images.
