Dear N Scale Customers:

TGV Réseau Duplex is a high speed train consisting of locomotives for the Réseau with newly manufactured coaches for Duplex. Ninteen trains of this consist have appeared since 2007. Currently, this train is in service with a 20 car maximum consist from Lyon station (Gare de Lyon) in Paris, on the Southeast/Mediterranean lines, to Marseilles area. The N-scale model is based on consist No. 606, compatible with AC/DC power supply, which is used as an international train. This model can be run along with other high speed trains in Europe as well as with other TGV series trains. The train’s 20-car consist can be ran by connecting two trains into one.

  • The painting scheme is different with TGV Reseau consist #10-1431

  • 20 car consist can be modeled like the real train by removing the coupler cover and using the draw

    bar supplied in the product package.

  • Compatible with DCC. 6 pin socket decoders can be installed in the M1 and M2. Then CV29 of the

    decoder in M2 needs to be altered to exchange head and tail lights.

 

Features

  • The prototype for the scale model is the model prepared for 3 different power supplies and entering into Italy.
  • The top cars design made up with straight lines and the gently curved windshield integrated into the roof are accurately reproduced.
  • The "TGV" logo and the characteristic gradated belt are vividly reproduced.。
  • Operaive head/taillights. The headlight uses bulb color LED.
  • Dummy PCB is included for replacing the proper one when the head/tailights should not turned on in case of connecting two consists in a train.
  • DCC Friendly. Decoders with 6 pin socket can be fitted to M1 and M2. Yet in case of connecting two consists in a train CV of the decoder installed on M2 should be changed to reverse the contraol of head and taillight.
  • In case of connecting two consists in a train by removing the cover from the coupler at the top of the locomotive and using instead the drawbar included in the package you can realize the 20 car consist combining 2 consists just like the real train
