          We proudly present our new Modern City Bank Building kit in HO scale. A must for the modeler of today's trains.  This kit includes all building parts and signs.  The parking lot base is not included, as the modeler will need to make it to fit his layout space. The kit is laser cut in white and clear acrylic and self-adhesive micro-plywood and comes with detailed assembly instructions with pictures.

          All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting as well.  Some model building and painting skills are required.
