Kato will, again, manufacture the scale model of the steam locomotive of JNR period which was popular with the nickname DEGOICHI (Japanese pronunciation for D51). The D51 is a steam locomotive representing Japan, 1,115 of which was manufactured since the debut in 1935, the most quantity ever produced in Japan for a steam locomotive.
