Series E6 Shinkansen “Komachi” Bullet Train started service in 2013, it was nicknamed “Super Komachi” formerly. And later renamed by the unified name of “Komachi” when the timetable was revised in 2014 and now all of the trains “Super Komachi” and “Komachi” were operated by series E6.
To cope with the increase of foreign passengers with large pieces of baggage, a conversion was made for their storing rooms by removing part of windows in car Nos. 13, 15 and 17.

Main features:

● The newest Shinkansen E6 is created as an N scale model representing the novel design and crimson color paint scheme.

● Equipped with mechanism on the top car for coupling with E5 Shinkansen just like the real trains.

● Minimum curve radius: R282mm

● Equipped with motor with flywheels but not with traction tires in consideration of coupling with E5 Shinkansen.

● Able to be coupled with: Series E6/H5 Shinkansen “Hayabusa”
