Bell Punch Center Finder quickly and easily locates the center of any solid, round rod from 3/8" to 1-1/2" in diameter and in any material, including wood, plastic and soft metals typically used for production on lathes, mills and drill presses. To use, insert the rod into the "bell" until the rod is in full 360 degree contact with the interior wall of the bell. A hammer-tap to the punch shaft produces a perfectly centered mark.
