One of the most popular vehicles on the Iida Line before 1978, the Kumoha 52 type (primary car) Iida Line is now fully available in KATO's Iida Line series.

 
The Kumoha 52 type, which was manufactured for Kansai Express in 1936, was placed on the Iida Line in 1957. At that time, the Kumoha 52 series was particularly popular on the Iida Line, where many old national trams traveled, and many railway fans visited from all over the country in search of the "current".

The Kumoha 52 type has commercialized a primary car that features an appearance with narrow side windows and aligned rain doi positions. We will accurately express the different appearances of each vehicle, such as the differences between 48021 and 024 (with or without rivets, sabots, etc.).
