Kato’s N scale roundhouse just fits Kato’s N scale turntable. This item realizes easily large roundhouses surrounding a turntable in an engine depot where heavy steam engines come together. A piece of roundhouse has 3 storing tracks. The outside dimensions are so determined that setting plural roundhouses side by side can easily represent a large engine depot for a main railroad line. The roundhouse is attached with dedicated Unitrack with an pits dug in for inspection. As regards exterior, it looks like a modern ferroconcrete structure with wide windows. You may paint it in the colors you like if you will.

・The track layout angle of the turntable is 10°. The outer diameter of the main body is 217mm. The turntable girder length is 160mm, so even a large steam machine can be easily accommodated.
 
・The thickness of the turntable is 12mm. 5mm up compared to 7mm on Unitrack track. The height can be adjusted outside of the adjacent track.

・With the switch operation of the controller, it rotates left and right, stops, and adopts an auto-lock type automatic advance angle that drives accurately.
 
・A realistic turning speed of about 1 minute per lap. Decelerate further just before stopping to ensure a complete stop. Feeling movement complements the scenery of the locomotive depot.
 
- Connector type one-touch wiring eliminates the need for any complicated electrical wiring. Anyone can easily incorporate it into the layout
 
・The power supply to the track is from the turntable. The turntable girder supplies power to the tracks before and after it is connected, making it possible to run.

● Turntable extension line set (straight line) (#20-285)
 
・Used to add storage lines that extend radially from the turntable. Comes with a wheel stop to be used on the diagonal.
 
- To connect to the turntable, replace the outer panel with the outer track and connect the adjacent track.
 
- Product content: 3 straight adjacent tracks, 2 outer tracks (3 lines), 3 car stops, 6 unijoiners (pieces) and 6 insulation joiners (pieces).

● Turntable Extension Track Set (Curved) (#20-286)
 
・A set of lines that are parallel to the turntable, such as reproduction of small engine depots and terminal stations that do not use fan-shaped locomotives.
 
・On the adjacent track (curve), create a parallel double track with a double track spacing of 33 mm from the turntable. Ideal for installing wooden locomotives.
 
- Curve R381-10 is used at the end of the adjacent line (straight line) to create a parallel double line with the same length as S62 and a double line spacing of 49.5 mm. Coal supply/water supply sets and local homes can be installed between tracks.
 
・Product content: Adjacent line curve (1 each for left and right), 2 curved lines R381-10, 2 straight lines S62, 2 outer lines (3 lines), 6 unijoiners (pieces), 6 insulation joiners (pieces) . *R381-10/S62 comes with a standard unijoiner.

● Turntable Adjacent Track Feeder Kit (#20-284)
 
・A feeder kit used for keeping the vehicle on the track connected to the turntable and for constant power supply by DCC.

● Electric turntable extension cord (150cm) (#20-287)
 
・This item expands the range of use of the Unitrack electric turntable. When the turntable is placed inside a large layout such as a fixed type or endless, or when the distance between the turntable body and the operation device is far from the floor layout, etc., the installation range of the turntable to the layout is improved, making it cheaper You can use it with care.
 
・One cord is 150cm long, and if you connect two of these cords to the cord attached to the turntable, the total length will be about 4m. (Set the installation positions of the devices at a distance of about 2 to 3 m, which is the upper limit that can be operated visually.)
