● Item Introduction

The Starter Set for the Series E353 "Azusa/Kaiji", currently in service with JR East, is being reproduced. The E353 Series, which began operation in December 2017, is the successor to the E257 and E351 Series trains, which previously served on routes such as "Azusa" and "Kaiji." A key feature of this model is the adoption of an air suspension body tilting system, giving it the same curve-handling performance as the E351 Series. The sleek, powerful design, with its alpine white body and Azusa violet stripe, evokes a sense of speed and perfectly represents the new era of express trains.

◆ With this re-release, changes will be made to the suggested retail price, JAN code, and the color of the power pack.

  • The vehicles included in this set are the same as those in the <10-1834 Series E353 "Azusa/Kaiji" Basic Set (4 Cars)>.
  • The Unitrack layout consists of a complete loop equivalent to the M1 set. By adding the Unitrack "V"-Track Set Series, you can create a variety of track configurations!
  • The power pack is a globally compatible model with an output of 1.2A, featuring the black Power Pack Standard SX (includes a dedicated AC adapter).
  • The included plan variation guide is a treasure trove of track plans, allowing for more advanced system expansions and enjoyment.
  • The package contains a "secret pocket" for storing later-acquired vehicle sets and track pieces.
