Structures and business buildings to embellish town centers and station surroundings.

◆ Kato (Japan) are introducing a new lineup for KATO's Diotown buildings. Two colors are now available for business buildings to match a variety of scenes from station entrances to urban city streets: charcoal gray, an urban-like blackish exterior wall color, and a graceful dark gray that fits well with any office or retail space.

◆ Due to their versatility, a variety of configurations can be arranged on the layout to enhance your scenery. Additionally, by using the included stickers, you can reproduce certain details and features to create a more realistic appearance.


◆ Product Features

① New color variations for buildings essential to recreating realistic scenes in Diotown Unitram, from station entrances to urban cityscapes.

② Recreation of a square-type six-story building with a narrow frontage and deep depth, commonly seen in urban areas.

③ The piping, electrical wiring and ducts on the sides and rear, and equipment on the roof have been realistically and accurately reproduced.

④ You can create two different types of business buildings, with one including stores on the first floor, by using the stickers accordingly.

⑤ By constructing the second floor as a block, it is possible to arrange for an increase or decrease in the number of floors (some parts require modification).

⑥ Includes a signboard (installable as a separate part) and special stickers for adding detail.

⑦ Base size: 62 x 81 x 162mm (standards of layout system "DioTown")
